Birch Agency is seeking a qualified Orientation & Mobility (O&M) Specialist to join a supportive school district near Naperville, Illinois for the 20262027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position working with students to develop the skills and confidence needed for safe and independent travel within the school and community environments.

Competitive pay starting at $45/hour (based on experience)

Qualifications:

Active Orientation & Mobility Specialist license/certification
Previous school-based experience required
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Passion for supporting students with visual impairments and promoting independence
