The Machine Operator / Print Production Assistant is responsible for assisting with print production on commercial grade printers / envelope inserters and preparing pallets of printed material prior to transport to US Postal Service.

I have positions available:
7am-4pm and either 10am-7pm or 12-9pm.

The individual duties of this role are:

Act as a direct mail print technician and/or mail inserter technician
Perform all areas of the Production Process
Ensure timely job completion of all print jobs
Manage throughput of jobs
Ensure quality of printed materials match the order specifications
Assist with ordering paper and supplies as needed
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks
Ensure jobs are completed and ready for delivery of printed materials to the US Postal ServicePrinter and inserter routine maintenance
Printer and inserter routine maintenanceLoad and unload packages, ensuring they are securely placed and handled with care to prevent damage.
Additional job details: The person in this job must be physically able to lift boxes weighing approximately 50 pounds on a routine basis.
This is a high volume, high attention-to-detail position.
Prior experience or certification as a forklift operator a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour commensurate with experience and overtime pay eligible for above 40 hours per work week
