The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading residential and commercial roofing company to hire an experienced and skilled Commercial Production Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial roofing projects at the Kansas City, MO location.
In this leadership role, you will oversee projects from handoff through completion, coordinating with account managers, estimators, operations teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you excel at planning, problem-solving, building strong relationships, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Lead commercial roofing projects from turnover through completion
Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and material deliveries
Conduct quality inspections and ensure jobsite safety
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and documentation
Collaborate with account managers, estimators, and operations teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Represent the company while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
Experience
5–10 years of roofing experience, commercial roofing preferred
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects
Additional Skills & Attributes
OSHA certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, team collaboration abilities
Results-driven mindset, professionalism and accountability
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AccuLynx experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
