Role Summary

In this role, you will serve as a valuable resource for travelers by assisting with vacation planning, answering questions, coordinating travel details, and ensuring clients receive outstanding support throughout their journey. Whether clients are planning a beach escape, cruise vacation, family holiday, destination event, or international adventure, you'll help make the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing exceptional service in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
Kay Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with exploring destinations and vacation opportunities
- Help clients evaluate travel options based on their interests, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and vacation packages
- Provide timely updates and support throughout the travel planning process
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
- Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and booking information
- Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments
- Deliver professional, attentive service that promotes client satisfaction and trust
Qualifications
- Interest in customer care, hospitality, travel, tourism, sales, or support-related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Comfortable using online systems, digital tools, and communication platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Positive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
