Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services for clients across Maryland. This role involves working with clients who need support with relationship patterns, family communication, emotional regulation, parenting stress, and life transitions. The LMFT will help clients identify concerns, set realistic therapy goals, and build tools they can use outside of sessions.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and family units
Assess client concerns and determine appropriate care needs
Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical findings
Guide clients through conflict resolution, communication improvement, and coping strategies
Monitor client progress throughout care

Active LMFT license in Maryland
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
