Manager, Transitional Treatment Programs – Southeastern Connecticut

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Transitional Treatment Programs to plan and coordinate the safe, efficient operation of the client milieu across all Transitional Treatment Program locations — ensuring that every site upholds the highest standards of care, safety, and recovery-oriented practice.

As Manager of Transitional Treatment Programs, you will provide operational and people-centered leadership across multiple residential program locations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, support staff development, drive quality improvement, and serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team — all while keeping client safety and recovery outcomes at the center of everything you do.
